Kicking off Summer with a watermelon cake. You will be stacking and filling a three-layer cake, applying a crumb coat and then we will finish off with an addition of two colors of buttercream to get that watermelon vibe. You will be learning how to smooth your icing and rendering sharp edges. You will finish off black candies to resemble the seeds.
